NAIROBI - AMBOSELI - NAIVASHA - MAASAI MARA

ITINERARY

DAY 1: NAIROBI

​

  • You will be met on arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by one of our representative and a driver from the hotel

  • Have a short transfer to the hotel where you will
    spend your day at leisure preparing for your Safari

  • Dinner this night is not included

  • Overnight at Four Points by Sheraton Airport Hotel

 

DAY 2: NAIROBI - AMBOSELI

​

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out

  • Join your tour guide and head South to the home of the tallest mountain in Africa which is also hosts the most Elephants in and out of East Africa,
    Amboseli National Park

  • You will be expected to arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and
    check-in

  • After lunch you will have the early afternoon by yourself on leisure before joining your tour guide for the Afternoon game drive

  • Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge

 

DAY 3: AMBOSELI​

​

  • The park takes its name from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust”

  • Wildlife abounds with elephants being the dominant species

  • The park also offers the best views for photography and
    also gives an opportunity to focus on extra activities like tree planting and Maasai Village visits

  • This day will be spent in the park with a full day game drive and any other optional activity as suggested by your tour guide

  • All meals and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge

DAY 4: AMBOSELI - LAKE NAIVASHA

​

  • Early breakfast at the lodge and check out

  • Drive to Lake Naivasha

  • You will be expected to arrive at your lodge in time for lunch

  • Later after lunch, join your guide who will accompany you
    for a boat ride at the Lake and an excursion to Crescent Island returning to your lodge before nightfall

  • Dinner and Overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge

DAY 5: LAKE NAIVASHA - MAASAI MARA

​

  • Breakfast at the lodge and check out

  • Drive East to the famous Maasai Mara arriving at your lodge in time for lunch and afternoon game drives

  • Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge 

 

DAY 6: MAASAI MARA

​

  • Spend the day in Maasai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives

  • The Mara is home to the big five and a host of other game

  • Masai Mara is one of Kenya’s most visited and richest game reserve with a huge density of wildlife including the big five

  • It is also famous for the great wildebeest migration that occurs
    annually

  • The great migration involves the wildebeest, zebra and gazelle instinct led movement from the Serengeti in Tanzania around July to the Masai Mara in Kenya and then departing around November

  • This journey is coupled by numerous obstacles which makes it even more
    magnificent

  • Enjoy a game drive en-route to the lodge and arrive in time to freshen up before dinner

  • All meals and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge

DAY 7: DEPARTURE

​

  • Breakfast at the Camp and check out. Exit the park with a game drive en-route as you drive back to Nairobi and drop off at the airport for your departure flight
